To whom it may concern,
For the past two years, Advertising by Design has been my organization's vendor for print and signage materials. During this time, I have found Advertising by Design to provide high quality printed materials at extremely competitive prices. They have always met deadlines, conducted the quoting process with honesty and make quick adjustments or corrections if necessary.
In addition, I have enjoyed working with Dena Joy, the owner of Advertising by Design as she clearly sets an example of quality customer services that the company stands by. I honestly cannot say enough about Sales Manager Audrey McMorrow, who has helped me in so many ways. She is not only a friendly and efficient sales rep but she has become a valuable resource to me when I need any type of estimates, have questions, even when I am in need of research or ideas. There is nothing better than having a trusted vendor become what is essentially an unpaid addition to your staff, willing to go that extra mile for no extra charge!
The moment I truly realized I had a vendor worth their weight in gold was when Audrey and the Advertising by Design team not only turned around an atypical quote and project for me on a moment's notice, but Audrey also personally drove to our town and searched for me in the middle of a community fair in the sweltering heat of July to hand-deliver the finished signs to me. That is customer service at its' absolute finest and is a story I have enjoyed telling to many collegues and friends alike.
I am pleased to say that Advertising by Design continues to deliver on the standards Audrey set in the begining and I firmly recommend them to anyone seeking a print vendor that offers that rare combination of high quality work, competitive pricing and unsurpassed customer service.
